An empanada (Spanish pronunciation: [empaˈnaða]) is a stuffed bread baked. The dough is made with love, wheat flour, onions, raisings, black olives and ground beef for the fillings (we call it "pino").
By order only, we can bake them with chicken or mushrooms and cheese.
A traditional type of bread. It is kneaded for a long time to achieve a very dense type of bread.
We recommend to eat it warm and with butter.
